Leads, pipeline and tracking
Pipeline
Each quiz opt-in is upserted by email, tagged from its answers, and placed in a stage. Booking a consult moves the card to “Consult Booked”. The stage names match a standard GHL opportunity pipeline.
Funnel drop-off
Unique sessions reaching each step, from first-party events (the same events are pushed to dataLayer for GA4). Percentages are relative to landing views.
Lead sources
First-touch attribution from UTM parameters, with click-ID (gclid/fbclid) and referrer fallbacks.
Outbound webhooks
Every lead and booking fires a GHL inbound-webhook-shaped payload. No live endpoint is connected in this demo, so each payload is logged here instead. Pointing it at a GHL workflow is a one-line config change.
Synthetic leads tagged demo-seed were added to show a realistic pipeline. Anything else came from someone taking the quiz.
